Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your Rewindal account.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
3. Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data removed.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

What we delete

When we delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data in our active systems, including profile information and calendar content, except where we must keep data for legal obligations (for example order and invoice records required by tax law).

Facebook and Instagram login

If you signed in with Facebook or Instagram, use the steps above to ask us to delete your Rewindal account. That removes the personal data we store from that login, including the email address and profile identifier Meta shared with us.

You can also remove Rewindal in your Facebook settings, under Apps and websites. That disconnects Meta so it is no longer used to sign in. It does not, by itself, delete your Rewindal account, calendars, or orders. This page is the user data deletion instructions we provide for Meta.

Timing
